Shipping and Handling

Orders delivered within the continental United States will be shipped via UPS ground service or USPS priority service, Monday through Friday - not including holidays - unless you choose otherwise. If you need express shipping methods, please call us for options and costs. To avoid delayed deliveries and redelivery fees, please provide complete street addresses including suite numbers, company names (if applicable) and zip codes.

In the event damage occurs during shipment please retain all packaging for claims process.

Local Delivery
We will make FREE local deliveries in Hoboken, NJ. We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to ensure timely local delivery. Please call us at (201) 780-6320 for delivery information.

Return Policy

Our guarantee to you... If for ANY reason you are unhappy with the products you received, please send them back within 60 days of purchase for a full refund, please include receipt, NO questions asked! When sending us returns, we would appreciate it if you could provide a short explanation (although not necessary) for the reason of return. This helps us to better understand our customers needs and assists in the development of better products.

If there is a problem, please call us within 1 day of receipt for replacement. In the event your order should arrive damaged, we will replace your order at no additional expense to you. If the order is damaged in shipping, you must save the contents and packaging materials, as the shipper will require them. Shipping charges are not refundable except in the case of damage by the shipping company. Return shipping is the responsibility of the recipient/buyer. You must contact us in advance to get an authorization number for the return. Credit will not be issued until we receive the return. In the event a package is lost, damaged, or returned to us, we will refund the cost of the product (less any shipping fees), at your request. Items that are returned to us, either for lack of correct shipping address, or recipient refusal can be re-shipped at extra shipping fees. Packages that are forwarded via UPS due to incorrect shipping addresses will incur a $10.00 address correction fee per address.

Cancellations?

Because we process and ship your order within moments of receiving it, we can only accept order cancellations by 5 PM Eastern Standard Time, and all requests for order cancellations received after this time will not be accepted. If you are unable to submit your order cancellation by the 5 PM deadline you may return the parcel after its receipt for a full and immediate refund or credit.
